Empowerment & Stability Training for the Body & Mind

Active Compassion is an integrative martial art that utilizes the art of non-resistance to de-escalate confrontation and promote healthy living.  Through training in high-efficiency physical techniques and accessible methods for stabilizing the mind, students build confidence in their self-defense abilities while being empowered to benefit others.

Active Compassion distills core concepts from several martial arts, including Jujutsu, Aikido, Karate, traditional Japanese weapon arts, and others. It offers students and organizations the ability to enhance their existing training with efficient and effective technical principles that are applicable across a diversity of self-defense scenarios.
